Kurt Holloway has recently self-published his first ficational short story on his new website, Legal Fiction. The website will host his short stories and regular blog posting about Legal Fiction. Holloway's short story The Measure of a Man follows two young men, coping with painful family experiences, who are thrust into conflict with each other leaving a trail of innocent victims. The flawed criminal justice system that they encounter sets the stage for their final life and death struggle.

R. Kurtz "Kurt" Holloway was appointed executor of the estate of Miriam M. Miskive by the Register of Wills of Chester County, Pa. on December 28, 2017. Kurt, who is a partner in the firm does agree, in certain situations, to clients' request that he act as executor of their estates or trustee of their trusts. Each decision is made on a case by case basis.
